Answer: Absolutely! Epic has always offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You have 45 days to return your loupes for any reason! However, if you have any concerns, we can usually fix them for you. Most times you don’t even have to ship them back (after all, who wants to be without their loupes). Just call or email us and we’ll be happy to help.

Answer: Simply put it is the distance between your pupils. It is really important for having loupes that fit you correctly. The industry standard is to measure pupillary distance in millimeters (Epic measures to 1/100th of a millimeter!). Epic is currently the FIRST and ONLY company, that we know of, that lets you get your pupillary distance without need to talk to a sales rep. BTW, our service reps are trained on how to not be pushy, just helpful.

Answer: After your order is placed, you will be emailed a brief video (55 seconds to be exact!). It instructs you on how to take a simple ‘selfie’ picture. Just send us the picture and we’ll send you your powerful, custom loupes!

We sell loupes to providers all over the globe, why shouldn’t we support the economies of many nations? Even though your Epic Loupes are assembled in Idaho, no potatoes are used in their production.

Although loupes only focus on one spot, there is depth that comes before and after this focal spot that provides you with a useful amount of clear, crisp magnification. This is depth of field. If you get too close or too far from the focal point, focus will diminish.
